Narain Seva Sansthan,Udaipur
Providing free treatment and rehabilitation to polio affected persons
Narain Seva Sansthan is devoted to the service of disabled persons affected by Polio by giving free treatment and rehabilitation of polio affected persons. They have conducted more than 1,11,000 polio operations, provided 1,19,145 callipers, 1,66,505 crutches and 82727 tricycles in the last 26 years. The Sansthan is running a school for 75 deaf, dumb and mentally retarded children in which more than 50% inmates are SC/ST. Narain Seva Sansthan is also running a vocational training centre for 70 disabled persons.
Narain Seva Sansthan,Udaipur is awarded ‘S R Jindal Prize – 2012’ at the hands of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji jointly with Bhagwan Mahaveer Vikalang Sahayata Samiti, Jaipur for their selfless service to mankind. The Award carries a Cash Prize of Rs. 1 Crore to be shared equally.
